MEET THE SPEAKERS

Cassandra Schaeg is an Emmy-award-winning storyteller, advocate, and entrepreneur. Her career in the nonprofit and private sectors led to her journey in entrepreneurship as the Founder of SIP Wine & Beer and Co-Founder of Fresh Glass Productions LLC.

Cassandra has championed advocacy and storytelling for women and diverse communities in the food, beverage, and entrepreneurship sectors through her ventures. She has harnessed the power of community, culture, and conversation to bring awareness and support and amplify the voices of underrepresented brands, making their stories resonate with audiences nationwide.

Taking this initiative to the next level, Fresh Glass, a lifestyle docu-series delving into the stories of women and BIPOC innovators, debuted in September 2022. Currently airing on KPBS and  PBS, Season One received an Emmy award for a magazine show. Season Two debuts October 10th and will go national through American Public Television in 2025.
