MEET THE SPEAKERS

Jennie Brooks is the Market Leader for Booz Allen’s portfolio of work serving the Navy-Marine Corps. Dedicated to helping solve our clients’ toughest challenges, she leads a team of 4,000 employees to develop solutions across capabilities including artificial intelligence, autonomy, cybersecurity, systems engineering, data science and analytics. Under Jennie’s leadership, Booz Allen sponsored the Defense Innovation Voucher Program to help small and mid-sized defense companies scale their solutions, and San Diego’s Artificial Intelligence Series to assess the impact of AI across specialties including Cybersecurity and Unmanned Systems. 

A champion for diversity, equity and inclusion, Jennie leads DEI initiatives for Booz Allen’s Global Defense Sector, serves as co-executive sponsor of Booz Allen’s Pride employee community, and hosts the Unstoppable Together podcast, dedicated to exploring the opportunities and challenges facing today’s workforce. 

Active in the San Diego community, Jennie serves as Chair of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation (EDC), chartered to maximize the San Diego region’s economic prosperity and global competitiveness.  

Jennie holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A. from San Diego State University. Jennie was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as one of its top 25 Business Women of the Year in 2018.
