Quentin Wilson

Quentin Wilson is a trailblazing marketing and technology executive, currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Technology at the Jewish Community Center (JCC), marking a historic milestone as the first African American Executive in the JCC's 80-year history. With an impressive 18-year background in strategic planning, campaign management, and brand expansion, Wilson has demonstrated his expertise through successful marketing initiatives for renowned national brands such as McDonald's, Raising Cane’s, Qdoba, Original Grain, Fit Lab, and Veteran Entertainment Television. His efforts have significantly contributed to the growth and advancement of the JCC's marketing and technological endeavors, including the launch of programs to introduce all San Diegans to the JCC and hosting a pivotal rally to support unity with Israel.

Wilson's illustrious career includes his recent role as Director of Marketing at Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, where he oversaw the marketing efforts and played a key role in the brand's nationwide expansion. Prior to Capriotti’s, Wilson served as the New Restaurant Opening Marketing Manager at Raising Cane’s, where he opened 50 restaurants in two years and broke every sales record in the company's history. His tenure at McDonald’s as Regional Marketing Supervisor saw him steering successful product launches for 210 restaurants across Texas and Oklahoma. Wilson's marketing career is complemented by his five years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps.

In addition to his role at the JCC, Wilson has held the position of VP of Marketing at Konnect Agency, a full-service brand marketing agency. There, he led the digital and public relations departments, bringing his extensive experience in strategic planning, campaign management, and creative development to further position Konnect as a leading 360 marketing agency. Wilson's work at Konnect included overseeing teams, mentoring young marketers, and refining the agency's approach to deliver data-driven, B2B, and B2C campaigns, driving discernable ROI for clients.

Wilson's dedication and passion for marketing have made him a valuable asset in every organization he has been part of. His proven track record in developing grand opening plans, launching national campaigns, and bringing new products to market, combined with his deep understanding of client communications and marketing, solidify his reputation as an industry leader.
